PURPOSE: A prosthesis for agglutination between vertebral bodies and an insertion apparatus thereof are provided to minimize the operation time and the operation region of the body of a patient, consequently to improve the convenience of operation. CONSTITUTION: The prosthesis for agglutination between vertebral bodies comprises a multi-lateral column shaped bent body(32) formed with a longitudinal inner passage(38,38'), plural projections(44) arranged on the circumference to be contact with the inner surface of an insertion space in a body, and plural ventilation holes(42,42') communicating with the inner passage; a front part(34) connected to the front side of the body so as to initially enter into the insertion space; and a rear part(36) formed with a fastening part so as to be coupled with the insertion apparatus. The insertion apparatus for the prosthesis comprises an outer rod formed with a female type screw part, an inner rod screwed in the outer rod, and a vibration member.
