PURPOSE: Provided is a fire retardant thermoplastic resin composition using a diaryl morpholide phosphate compound as a fire retardant agent, which is excellent in fire-retardancy, mechanical properties, flowability, and work-ability and can be used for housings of electric and electronic products. CONSTITUTION: The fire retardant thermoplastic resin composition comprises: 100pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin comprising at least one or two selected from the group consisting of a polycarbonate resin, an acryl resin, a vinyl aromatic resin, wherein the polycarbonate resin has a weight average molecular weight of 10,000-200,000; and 1-35pts.wt. of the diaryl morpholide phosphate represented by the formula(1), wherein x is 1 and R is aryl or alkyl-substituted aryl.
