PURPOSE: A method for transmitting a note pad using a messenger service is provided to let the user send messages more quickly and efficiently by coordinating the instant messenger and online post it style program on the Internet or the intranet of an office. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of prompting the user computer to download and install the messenger program and the notepad interworking with the messenger program, receiving the personal information of each client, storing personal information of the clients in the personal information database, producing a messenger intrinsic number for each client, assigning the messenger intrinsic number for each client(301), identifying whether the client is on or off-line(303), displaying the online status of the client to the other client if the client is online(305), receiving emergency messages sent by a client(306) and displaying the emergency message on the PC of the receiving client with the messenger intrinsic number given by the sender's messenger system as the sender outputs the emergency message(307).
