The invention relates to a method for producing ligninolytic enzymes using wood-inhabiting fungi from the order Agaricales. The aim of the invention is to create an economical and time-effective method for producing enzymes with a high product yield and without requiring the use complex devices. Surprisingly, it has been shown that enzymes of fungi from the order Agaricales can be produced without requiring fixation to a support inside known production vessels such as stirred-tank reactors, etc. and without having to reduce the shear force load in the nutrient solution during enzyme formation. The production of enzymes can be carried out in an especially effective manner during a cyclic or continuous process. The invention also relates to the production of ligninolytic enzymes, in particular, manganese peroxidase (MnP) and lignin peroxidase (LiP), for example, for decomposing toxic foreign matter.
