PURPOSE: Provided is a method of molding and storing raw garlics and the molding die. The method makes the use of raw garlic simple and storable for a long time. The above molded crushed raw garlic has 90% of the flavor and the taste of the original raw garlic. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises: a crushing step of the peeled raw garlic with the garlic crusher; a moulding step where the above crushed raw garlic(3) is put in the storage groove(2) of the stainless steel die(1) and moulded into a shape with a certain pressure; a freezing step of the above moulded garlic at -2deg.C to make it harder; and a packaging step of the above frozen garlic first by wrapping with aluminum foil, puting in the PVC box and repackaging.
