PURPOSE: A credit evaluation method through the Internet is provided to reduce abusive language of cyber and make security by making a guarantor of the seller valuate and check the selling goods for the commercial transaction on the Internet. CONSTITUTION: The seller notices an intention of dealing goods in an Internet selling site. The seller asks a valuation about the operation state and function and appearance of the goods to the neighbor or a guarantor, and notices the valuation opinion together. In case that the seller is registered to the site already, the detail information of the seller is registered to a server by noticing the goods. The detail information includes an individual identifying means such as a resident registration number, a social annuity number, and a driving license number, an address, a telephone number, a personal accounting number, a credit card number, and email address. After checking the identifying information, a buyer makes a contract with the seller. After the dealing transaction, in case of occurring a claim, the buyer checks the claim on the basis of the contents by communicating each other. If the claim decides to be intentional or malicious, the fact is recorded to the credit of the seller and guarantor.
