PURPOSE: A voltage booster circuit is provided to reduce power consumption of product by supplying higher voltage where high voltage is need and supplying a low voltage where high is not need. CONSTITUTION: A ring oscillator(10) gets high or low voltage signals to be output. A distributor(20) dispenses the output voltage signals of the ring oscillator to metal oxide semiconductor transistors(Q1, Q2, Q3). An output maintenance portion(30) maintains the distributed output voltage signals. A feedback portion(40) feeds back to boost the maintained output voltage signals to be output. The output voltage signals are fed back into a gate of the metal oxide semiconductor transistors. The high or low voltage signals output by the ring oscillator are distributed into the metal oxide semiconductor transistors by the distributor and fed back into the gate of the metal oxide semiconductor transistors to boost a voltage level thereby outputting a high voltage.
