PURPOSE: A method for outputting/changing an internal register value of a CPU in an MSC(Mobile Switching Center) is provided to solve a generated fault by checking a state to be currently performed on the on-line when generating the fault of a processor of the MSC, and outputting and changing the internal register value of the CPU. CONSTITUTION: An OS reads a USP(User Stack Pointer), an MSP(Master Stack Pointer) and a PC(Program Counter) value of a user program(S7). A debug reads various register values stored a dual port RAM(S8). The OS outputs information received from the debug and task information to a CRT(Cathode Ray Tube) through an SMC(Serial Management Controller)(ST9). If registers to be changed are inputted, values to be changed are inputted in the registers and register values are changed. All register values necessary for change are changed.
