PURPOSE: A functional synthetic resin filter is provided which easily removes sweat or secretion of the skin, thereby maintains healthy skin when it is applied to such items as a brassiere, and circulates clean air when it is used as an air purification filter using air circulation that is a structural characteristics of the synthetic resin filter. CONSTITUTION: The functional synthetic resin filter is characterized in that it is produced by heating the coated synthetic resin filter after coating the mixture obtained by mixing powders of limestone, veinstone, charcoal and yellow soil with an alkaline adhesive on a synthetic resin filter which is generally used as an air filter for heating and cooling devices, wherein the functional synthetic resin filter manufactured by coating powders of limestone, veinstone, charcoal and yellow soil on an existing synthetic resin filter is cut so that the cut material can be molded to a certain shape, or used as it is, the functional synthetic resin filter filters fine dust and inhibits or prevents proliferation of bacteria, and the functional synthetic resin obtains high hygienic effects when used as a brassiere or a filter for heating and cooling apparatus since it is solid and has antibacterial and deodorizing functions.
