PURPOSE: A device for controlling a roll steer in a vehicle is provided to prevent generation of over steer and under steer by controlling a position of a lateral rod combined to a chassis bracket. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling a roll steer of a vehicle comprises a lateral rod combined to a chassis bracket; an input device(10) sensing position of a rear axle and a rear wheel; a control device(20) of an ECU(Electronic Control Unit) deciding movement of the rear wheel by bump or rebound; an output device(30) moving an end portion of a lateral rod along a guide groove; a vehicle speed sensor(11) inputting rotation of an output shaft into the control device by converting as an electric pulse signal; and a position sensor(12) detecting the position of the rear wheel. Thereby, the device for controlling the roll steer in the vehicle prevents generation of over steer and under steer.
