PURPOSE: A network-based hot call order method and system is provided to offer a network-based connection between a user and an affiliated store and to receive a connection commission from the affiliated store. CONSTITUTION: A hot call center(101) is connected with a user(103) and an affiliated store(105) through a PSTN(109). The server(102) of the hot call center(101) is combined with a user database(111), an affiliated store database(113), and a collect call database(115). The collect call database(115) stores the affiliated store's telephone connection commission information. The user(103) makes a telephone call to the hot call center(101) and transfers his address information and goods/service information to purchase. The hot call center extracts affiliated store information corresponding to the user's address information and goods/service information from the affiliated store database(113). If affiliated store information is extracted, the hot call center(101) attempts the telephone connection between the user(103) and the affiliated store(105). If the telephone connection is made, the hot call center(101) stores the affiliated store's telephone connection commission information in the collect call database(115) and transmits it to a telephone network service provider(107). The affiliated store(105) supplies goods or a service to the user(103) through the telephone call with the user(103). The telephone network service provider(107) transmits a charge breakdown, comprising the telephone charge and the telephone connection commission, to the affiliated store(105). If the affiliated store(105) pays the requested amount, the telephone network service provider(107) transmits the commission to the hot call center(101). |
