PURPOSE: A method for developing a PR(Public Relations) display equipment and providing PR service is provided to give economical profits to PR service providers, PR clients, and PR agents according to the law of supply and demand. CONSTITUTION: A PR service system(100) comprises a web server(100a), a DB server(100b), a web server firewall(100c), a DB firewall(100d), a PR contents information DB(100e), a mobile phone state information DB(100f), a display equipment location information DB(100g), a GPS information DB(100h), a PR client information DB(100i), a PR agent information DB(100j), a PR mediator information DB(100k), a PR expenditure processing information DB(100l), and an extrinsic information DB(100m). The web server(100a), in which various application software, an OS program(Unix), a web server program(Apache), etc., is installed, contains an application program comprising various data processing routines in order to operate a method for developing a PR display equipment and providing PR service. The PR contents information DB(100e) stores common PR contents. The mobile phone state information DB(100f) manages various operation states for mobile phones. The display equipment location information DB(100g) catches the present location of the display equipment in real time. The GPS information DB(100eh) catches the present location of a mobile object having a GPS in real-time. The PR client information DB(100i) manages data about PR clients.
