PURPOSE: A card reader auto banking system is provided to give more convenience to users in account transfer and to conduct user authentication more firmly by using each user's actual card and personal card reader. CONSTITUTION: If a user, registered in an intermediary site, inputs a password and ID(s101), the site outputs a screen to select either inquiry service or account transfer service(s102). If the user selects either inquiry service or account transfer service, the selected service screen is outputted and a card reader starts to work(s103,s104). If the selected service screen is outputted, the user inputs basic information related to withdrawal, deposit or inquiry(s105). The intermediary site executes the first user authentication(s106). If the first user authentication is completed, the user inputs card information through the card reader(s107). The information through the card reader is outputted by the card reader's internal encryption operation, and it is transmitted to the server of the intermediary site(s108). The server compares a card reader number among the transmitted information with a card reader number stored in a DB(s109).
