PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissimilar metal joint for shipbuilding, which is airtight, having significantly improved weld strength, and providing significantly reduced joining man-hours. SOLUTION: This joint is a joint of clad material of aluminum and titan. The material consists of aluminum clad with titan by explosion. Each component of aluminum and titan of the material is welded to other aluminum and titan materials respectively by explosion welding. |
