PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and device for a wavelike fin excellent in delamination resistance against brazed joints and heat-transfer property. SOLUTION: A drilled hole is formed in a flat article by a drill 30 before bending, and a bend is formed on the drilled flat article by means of a bending tool 40. The position of the drilled hole 20 on the wavelike form is detected and then the relative position of both tools depends on the detected position.
