PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the recycling device of a concrete utility pole, in which the recycling processes of the concrete utility pole can be integrated and simplified, the number of components can be reduced, facility cost can be reduced, operation is facilitated, operability is improved, environmental countermeasures such as sound proof and dust proof can easily be taken, and which can be operated without being affected by weather and the like can be installed in a building. SOLUTION: The recycling device is provided with a rack 1 storing a plurality of waste concrete utility poles P in an assembled state, a transportation means 2 transporting the utility poles P carried out from the rack 1 in stored posture in the length direction, a cutting/crushing means 3 cutting the carried utility poles P containg reinforcing bars into appropriate lengths and crushing them, a secondary crushing means 6 which successively crushes the individual utility pole pieces which are cut and crushed and selection means 8 and 9 removing reinforced concrete while sorting the crushed stones and sand, which are secondarily crushed. Then, the crushed stones, sand and reinforcing bars are sorted and collected by cutting the waste concrete utility poles P by a specified unit length and crushing them.
