PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot device which demonstrates powerful kicking motion of a robot body. SOLUTION: When the head part 4 and the trunk 5 are faced just front, a kicking leg 7 is rotated in a direction parting from the other fixed leg 6 up to an almost horizontal position centering on the groin facing just front and the character model 3 is rotated linked to the rotation of the kicking leg 7 centering on the fixed leg.
