PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an essence of a mycelial lump of Agaricus blazei Murill, having quality higher than that of the conventional one. SOLUTION: The granular mycelium A of the Agaricus blazei Murill is manually silently stirred in a meshed container 13 fixed to the upper part in a culturing tank 10 with still water at 30 deg.C for prescribed days while aerating the meshed container 13 to allow the essence of the mycelial lump of the Agaricus blazei Murill to be extracted while keeping the culture, and the resultant mycelial lump of the Agaricus blazei Murill is introduced into the interior of a sterilizing tank 17, heated while aerating the tank 17, and cooled by water cooling. The steps are repeated to carry out a sterilization treatment of thermophilic bacteria (a spore germ) and a treatment for removing suspended matters, and the resultant product is introduced into a storing tank 42, and ripened and stored. |
