<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thermoplastic resin film coated aluminum panel excellent in adhesion after strong processing or retort treatment. SOLUTION: A two-layered resin film, wherein a surface layer comprises a biaxially oriented resin and an adhesive layer comprises a non-oriented resin, is used to form the resin film coated aluminum panel wherein the double refraction of the surface layer film is 0.02 or less and that of the adhesive layer film is 0.01 or less. This resin film coated aluminum panel is obtained by controlling the melting point of the adhesive layer, a surface layer thickness ratio and an adhesive layer thickness ratio, and the temperature condition of two heating pressure bonding processes.</p> |
