PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently peel white lines or deposits on a road surface without adversely affecting the environment. SOLUTION: This apparatus jets a material for jetting in a fixed direction by the centrifugal force generated by rotating an impeller at a high speed, thus causing the material to collide with an object to be peeled, and is equipped with a rotation means which rotates a rotor, which holds the impeller, in a plane containing the shaft center, thus changing the effective jetting area of the material jetted against the object.
