PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently extract useful components such as glucide, protein, mineral, vitamin, etc., contained in laver. SOLUTION: Laver is ground into <=40 μm average particle diameter, preferably 1 μm-100 μm particle diameters and <=20 μm average particle diameter to destroy a laver cell. The laver is suspended in water or an alcohol at a room temperature to extract the useful component of the agar. Since the extracted solution is readily processed, it is widely applicable to foods, cosmetics, medicines, etc. |
