PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stirr and mix plural kinds of powder raw materials uniformly, rapidly and smoothly. SOLUTION: A mixing apparatus is constituted of a mixing container 3 formed in a divisible manner by a lower container 3b, supported on a base stand 2 through a pair of support shafts 5a and 5b provided to the outer peripheral surface thereof, and an upper container 3a connected and held to the lower container 3b in a detachable manner using holding means 4 and 4, stirring blades and grinding blades arranged to the bottom of the lower container 3b and integrally driven rotationally by an electromotor 10 and an electromotor 9 connected to the support shaft 5b provided to the lower container 3b in a drivable manner to shake the mixing container 3b. The powder raw material is convected and circulated in a turbid state by air streams generated by the stirring blades in the mixing container 3 shaken by the electromotor 9 and the powder raw material is stirred and mixed while lumps generated in the powder raw material are crushed by the rotation of the grinding blades.
