PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertically moving patrol car lamp device for a patrol car toy. SOLUTION: A front link frame figure and a rear link frame figure are displayed on the front outer face and the rear outer face of a vertically moving body connected with a patrol car lamp part at the upper end. The vertically moving body displaying the front link frame figure and the rear link frame figure is slidably fit without gap into a support hole opened at the roof face of the car body of the patrol car toy to slidably support the vertically moving body and the lower end of the vertically moving body is engaged with a vertically moving operation part set in the car body of the patrol car toy. The patrol car lamp part is vertically moved by activating the vertically moving operation part.
