PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an electric component control means surely receive commands from a game machine capable of sending out the commands from a game control means to other electric component control means. Further, in the case that the data to be sent out next are present, that is after MODE data are sent out, the data of a second byte are sent out to the output port after the time period indicated by C. In this case, the time period C is longer than the time period A.
