PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor brush achieving a sufficient sealing function of the opening of a suction port and a vacuum cleaner having the floor brush. SOLUTION: The floor brush 20 comprises a brush body 21 having a suction room 25 with a suction opening 23 bored on the bottom and a connection pipe 22 attached at the center of the brush body 21 in the left/right directions and communicating with the suction room 25. In the floor brush, raising fabrics 70 and 90 are attached to the bottom of the brush body 21 along the suction opening 23. The width of the raising fabrics 70 and 90 in the front/rear directions is narrow at both ends of the brush body 21 and wide at the center.
