PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set time required to shift from the opening operation of a bathtub drain stopper to the washing operation of a bathtub for eliminating the waste time in draining water and for shortening the time required to finish washing the bathtub. SOLUTION: The bathtub washing device has a mechanism for operating the drain stopper, and the bathtub is washed by jetting liquid cleaner from a nozzle in the bathtub, after draining the water in the bathtub by the opening operation of the drain stopper before washing the bathtub. This bathtub washing device is provided with a means for automatically setting the time required to shift from the opening operation of the drain stopper to the washing operation of the bathtub.
