A negative-acting photoimageable composition comprises A) between about 30 and about 90 wt% of a binder polymer which is soluble in an appropriate developer, B) between about 5 and about 30 wt% of an epoxy resin, C) between about 0 and about 30 wt% of a polyol cross-linking agent for the epoxy resin B), and D) between about 1 and about 15 wt% of a photosensitive composition of the formula: where the Zs are the same or different and are selected from CX3, X, and H; the X's are the same or different halogens, and R is any chemical moiety consistent with thephotoimageable composition as a whole.
