WASTE TREATMENT METHOD, MASSIVE MOLDED ITEM OBTAINED THEREBY, AND WASTE TREATMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste treatment method whereby both a harmful waste and a plastic waste are effectively treated by producing a massive molded item so as to prevent the harmful waste from flowing out into the environment and whereby the life of a storage site for storing the massive molded item is prolonged. SOLUTION: This treatment method has the step of mixing and kneading a harmful waste 47 with a molten plastic waste 41, the step of molding the resultant mixture into a massive molded item 48 by cooling and solidification, and the step of storing the massive molded item 48 in a storage site 49. In the molding step, the mixture is slowly cooled to give the massive molded item 48 having an average particle size of 5 mm or lower. After the molding step, there is the step of treating the surface of the massive molded item 48 to prevent the harmful waste 47 from flowing out.
