PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof cushion material which exerts self-restoring properties of filling up perforations spontaneously when they are brought about by a breakage and, as the result, suppresses permeation of water into a foam, the cushion material, even when a waterproof layer of an acrylic resin is broken, and which recovers when compression is removed, even after the long-time use, and shows no lowering of cushioning properties. SOLUTION: The waterproof cushion material is constituted by laminating a urethane foam, as a foam layer having open cells, on the waterproof layer prepared by polymerizing 20 pts.wt. of isomyristyl acrylate, 80 pts.wt. of 2- ethylhexyl acrylate, 2 pts.wt. of acrylic acid, an 0.02 pts.wt. of n-dodecanethiol, a 0.1 pts.wt. of 2,2-dimethyl-2-phenylacetophenone and a hexadioldiacrylate, as the waterproof layer of the acrylic resin having the property of autohesion.
