PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize ball payoff device excellent in workability of assembly, capable of improving productivity and excellent in durability. SOLUTION: A case body is constituted by fixing a cover member to a base member 30 with machine screws. On the rear surface wall 30a of the base member 30, upper and lower positioning projection parts 72 and 73 and a vertical projection part 74 are projectingly provided. Then, an electromagnetic solenoid 28 is positioned in the state of abutting the respective projection parts 72, 73 and 74 on a side end edge part separated from a bend part in a frame 69. Also, a fixing hook 77 projectingly provided on the base member 30 is engageably and disengageably engaged with the notched part 69c of the frame 69 and thus, the electromagnetic solenoid 28 is positioned and fixed to the base member 30.
