PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a variable winning device to have a peculiar role even when not in a big winning state and to make the movement of a game ball on a game panel surface full of varieties. SOLUTION: A turning lid body 30 is provided with a ball receiving port 31 and is composed of a three-dimensional shape for which a shielding surface 32 is raised, the shielding surface 32 is raised from the game panel surface at a shielding position and the ball receiving port is projected from the game panel surface at an open position. On the side part of the turning lid body 30, winning ports 42 which the game ball guided by the shielding surface 32 at the shielding position can flow in are disposed. Thus, the game balls flowing down from an upper part are abutted to the shielding surface 32 at the shielding position, distributed to the left and right and guided to the side of the winning ports 42, a new winning chance is generated and the operation of the game ball becomes full of changes.
