PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the specification constitution of a mat having publicity effect of high practicability. SOLUTION: This mat tray comprises luminescent advertisement plates 3, 4, 5, 6, a tray body 1, contactless sensors 7, 8 and an emission control part 16. The tray body 1 is provided with an advertisement plate mounting part 12 for detachably mounting the luminescent advertisement plates 3, 4, 5, 6, and a mat mounting part 10 for detachably mounting the mat 2. For use, the mat 2 is mounted to the lighting mat tray in which the emission control part 16 receiving detection signals from the contactless sensors 7, 8 near the tray body 1 controls the emission of the luminescent advertisement plates 3, 4, 5, 6 mounted to the tray body 1.
