PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply portable cleaning tool for hygienically and quickly storing excreta which an animal discharged on the ground while a pet lover is passing through an outdoor part street with taking an animal such as a pet dog, etc. SOLUTION: A storage scoop 2 is separated from a storage bag 12 and a drawing string 11 is attached to the storage scoop 2. The storage scoop 2 having scooped up excreta discharged on the ground is housed as it is in the inside of the storage back 12 by pulling the drawing string 11. Right and left oblong vertical planes 7 of three-side enclosure vertical plane 4 of the storage scoop 2 are provided with a folding division 8 to be folded and developed, an used storage scoop 2 is compactly folded and put in the storage bag 12. When used, the unused storage scoop is developed to an original shape and used.
