PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce unnecessary power consumption by controlling the electric current running to a toilet seat heater according to the use condition of the toilet. SOLUTION: This toilet device comprises the toilet seat heater 3, a sitting detection means 6, a sitting history memory means 10 for storing sitting information by time zone set by dividing one day into plural time zones, and a temperature setting means 4 for setting the temperature of the toilet seat heater by each time zone. The time zones for a user to use the toilet are previously estimated by correcting the temperature set by the temperature setting means based on the sitting information of the sitting history memory means 10. Therefore, the temperature of the toilet seat is adjusted to be comfortable according to the past life pattern of the user, so that the convenience in use and the economical advantage of the toilet device can be improved.
