PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand the range of vehicles where a wheelchair, which can be mounted on a vehicle, can be used. SOLUTION: A device for mounting a wheel chair to a vehicle is provided with a seat rail 32 on an undercarriage 1 having a traveling surface similar to a seat rail 32 on a vehicle C and a seat S for traveling on these so as to freely displace the end part of the seat rail on the vehicle to the outside of a cabin and to have the end part of the seat rail abutted to the seat rail on the vehicle. Both of them are provided with locking means 12 and 34 for fixing and releasing the abutting state. The device is provided with a mechanism for moving the entire seat rail to the front of the cabin with the rotation of the seat rail on the vehicle to the outside of the cabin.
