PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce possibility of a radiography error, automate X-ray marking, and improve quality of an image obtained. SOLUTION: In a radiography apparatus that is equipped with an X-ray beam emission unit 1 and a reception unit 3 of an X-ray beam that has transmitted an organ 11, a calculation measure that can control the emission unit 3 and processes the data obtained from the reception unit 3 is installed so that the organ can be arranged between the reception unit 3 and a pressure element that can be attached or detached onto the apparatus. A calculation means includes a means to optimize the quality of image over a specified entire region regulated by the pressure element.
