PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorder system in which a method for informing an error can be altered dynamically according to user's preference. SOLUTION: With regard to a method for informing an error generated in a recorder, a plurality of informing methods based on the operation of a plurality of error informing methods are presented on the screen of a display, a desired one of the plurality of error informing methods presented on the screen of a display is selected and selection information is stored. When occurrence of an error in the recorder is detected, at least one of the plurality of error informing methods is operated based on the detected error and the selection information to inform the error. |
