<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water quality improving method and the device for effectively activating water in a closed water area such as a pond, lake and marsh and pool, or in a lowing water area such as a river and an irrigation channel, and enhancing cleaning performance of water itself. SOLUTION: This device is constituted of a tubular main body 1 provided with a jet nozzle 6 in the inside, an equilateral triangle shaped housing 3 containing the tubular main body 1 positioned on the center axis of the housing, a wave energy radiator 4 closely adhered to the outer peripheral surface of the tubular main body, an air feed means 7 for mixing the wave energy radiator and/or air padding near its vicinity with water discharged from the jet nozzle of the tubular main body, and a barrier means 2 for making it to collide with water mixed with air.</p> |
