PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate not only the point at issue such that it is difficult to reproduce good metal gloss when titanium paper or the like is used as a pattern forming object in a conventional thermosetting resin decorative material but also the point at issue such that only insufficient metal gloss is not obtained even if a metal layer is arranged to a lower layer when overlay paper is used. SOLUTION: A transparent heat-resistant film 5 is used as a material for constituting a surface and a metal thin film 4 is arranged to the undersurface of the film 5, and resin impregnated paper 3 and backing paper 2 are arranged to the undersurface of the metal thin film 4. The undersurface of the transparent heat-resistant film 5 is made uneven and the metal thin film 4 may be patternwise.
