PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nailing machine preventing a staple from being mis- driven in a male tongue part of a floor material. SOLUTION: This nail driving machine fixes the floor 20 to a supporting plywood 23 by the staple 12 by disposing the staple 12 inside a nose 1 and driving the staple 12 into the floor 20 from the nose 1 by a driver 9, and comprises an angle maintaining device 29 for maintaining the floor 20 and the nose 1 at predetermined angles.
