PREPROCESSING DEVICE OF TEST PIECE FOR PREVENTING CREVICE CORROSION

PURPOSE: A preprocessing device of test piece is provided to prevent crevice corrosion between the test piece and the holder and to make the contact area with corrosive liquid regular for good reduction. CONSTITUTION: A support(12) having a female screw inside is installed, and a fixing portion(11) is installed in upper part of the support to fix a test piece. A vice(10) having a hole with a female screw is installed. A test piece fixing part(13) is formed with a bolt(13a) to connect with the support. A moving shaft(14a) is connected to the female screw of the vice. A handle(16) is installed in the end of the moving shaft. An o-ring(15) is provided between the test piece fixing part and a test piece support(14) for sealing.
