METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CONCENTRATED LIQUID AND APPARATUS FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus which can use the conventional reverse osmosis membrane apparatus for manufacturing a concentrated liquid as it is and efficiently manufacture the concentrated liquid without impairing the flavor, components, etc., of a liquid to be concentrated. SOLUTION: A magnetic field generator 11 consisting of magnetic fluxes orthogonal with the flow of the liquid 13 to be concentrated which contains moisture is formed in a part within an inflow pipe 2a for sending the liquid 13 to the reverse osmosis membrane apparatus 10. The liquid is passed through the magnetic field to finely divide the clusters of the water in the liquid and is sent to the reverse osmosis membrane apparatus, by which the moisture is removed from the inside of the liquid in such a manner that the concentrated liquid of a required concentration may be obtained.
