PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic heater having excellent productivity capable of forming a laminate by screen printing without thinning of a printing element formed at a stepwise part even by screen printing a printing surface having a step and having excellent productivity. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a ceramic heater comprises a conductor paste printing step of printing a conductor paste for a resistance heater on a film formed with a green sheet for an adhesive layer on a table for printing the laminate by mounting the film on the table constituted of an elastic material at a site for forming at least the laminate, a green sheet printing step of printing the paste containing ceramic powder for an insulating layer in superposition on a region including the paste layer printed in the above step, a winding step of winding the laminated manufactured in the previous step with the surface formed with the paste layer as an inside on a periphery of a green molding for a core material by releasing the laminate from the film, and a degreasing and baking step of degreasing and baking the molding.
