PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber board wherein excellent soundproof performance is developed and rigidity is sufficient. SOLUTION: Wood fiber layers 3 and 4 wherein an adhesive is mixed in a wood fiber are provided independently to front and rear, and a rubber mixed fiber layer 2 provided by mixing rubber and the adhesive in the wood fiber is provided inside. Those respective layers are successively and integrally formed to the fiber board 1 by hot-pressing. A thickness of the rubber mixed fiber layer is preferably <1/3 of total thickness of the fiber board.
