PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine that helps simplify the manufacturing process of a game board and has improved design harmony. SOLUTION: A ball return prevention device 8 is held on a mounting portion 6a integrally formed in a rail decoration member 6. The mounting portion 6a is made by extending a part of the rail decoration member 6 so as to conceal the outlet 3a of a ball guidance route 3. The ball return prevention device 8 is made up of a ball return prevention piece 8a, and a supporting shaft 8b supporting one end of the ball return prevention piece 8a. This configuration helps arrange the ball return prevention device 8 on a prescribed position of the game board 1 by attaching the rail decoration member 6 to a prescribed position of a game board 1. By simplification of the manufacturing process, manufacturing cost can be cut. By holding the ball return prevention device 8 as is to conceal behind the mounting portion 6a of the rail decoration member 6, when the designs of various kinds of game parts provided on the game board 1 and the rail decoration member are changed for each developed model, the entire design harmony of the game board 1 as a whole can be increased by harmonizing the design of the ball return prevention device 8 with the game parts.
