PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of performing lavage measurement without error using a magnetic resonance imaging method. SOLUTION: An image data set in the imaging range that is positioned in the imaging volume of a magnetic resonance apparatus for an object to be inspected is generated in time series. A position change of the imaging range occurring in the time series and relating to the imaging volume is acquired. Then, the function of the position change to the image data set is compensated in accordance with the acquired position change by compensating the image data set after the end of the occurrence of all data sets.
