PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throw-away body fluid absorptive wearing article having a surface material which is excellent in fluid permeability and cloth-like touch to the skin. SOLUTION: The fluid permeable surface material 2 of the throw-away body fluid absorptive wearing article 1 has a plastic thin-film section 6, fluid permeable openings 31 and a first fiber layer 13 joined to the under surface of the thin-film section 6. A second fiber layer 41 formed with a fluid absorptive core material 4 abuts the bottom surface of the first fiber layer 13 and a third fiber layer 42 abuts the bottom surface of the second fiber layer 41. The wearing article 1 is so formed that the Klemm water absorptivity is higher in order of the first fiber layer 13, the second fiber layer 41 and the third fiber layer 42.
