PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article provided with a top sheet having a lotion agent coating which is easily migratable to the skin of a wearing person, lessens the adhesion of BM to the skin of the wearing person and eventually facilitates the cleaning and removing of the BM on its outer surface. SOLUTION: The effective amount of the lotion agent which is semi-solid or solid at 20 deg.C and is partially migratable to the skin of the wearing person is applied to at least portions of the top sheet. The lotion composition contains an emollient agent having plastic or fluid consistency at 20 deg.C at a ratio from 10 up to 95% and an immobilizing agent which can immobilize the emollient agent to the top sheet and has a melting point of at least 35 deg.C at a ratio from 5 up to 90%.
