PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method enabling a measurement of a very small amount CRP in a specimen by a homogeneous colorimetric method, and a method for measuring a high molecular material in a homogeneous system. SOLUTION: This hybrid enzyme is provided by finding out a specific position in G6PDH, capable of having a similar enzyme activity even by inserting an exogeneous peptide at that position, and capable of changing the above enzyme activity in the case of binding a substance having a binding activity to that exogeneous peptide, and inserting a peptide derived from CRP at that position. By observing the change of the enzyme activity on bringing this enzyme in contact with a specimen, the measurement of the very small amount CRP by the homogeneous colorimetric method is enabled. |
