PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable emergency artificial respirator capable of inspiring a patient in a state of suspended animation, and discharging outside blood and vomited stuff from the patient. SOLUTION: A flange-like mouth covering part 2 and a guide nozzle 3 to be inserted in a mouth of the patient are continuously provided on one end of a hollow body cylinder 1, and an inspiring nozzle is attachably/detachably connected to the other end. A check valve 8a for inspiring the patient from an operator side is provided in the body cylinder 1, a discharge port 6b is formed on a side wall of the body cylinder, and a control valve 8b interlocked with the non-return valve is provided to perform the exhaust only from the patient side.
